This book seems like it's going to teach lessons about how to be nice to your friends. It might teach you about friendship. I wonder how they let her get to the white school. It seems like a pretty good book. I hope I get to read it.
Black people and white people used to not go to the same schools and when Ruby was in first grade they let her go to the white school and then people could go to schools together. I think it's going to be a good story because it's good for people to be good to other people.
